Designing a School: Creating a Map for Pace University
Senior Thesis
For my final year in school, I tackled the project of designing a campus map for my school, Pace University. In collaboration with my faculty advisor and the honors department, I researched and designed a map that would work for students, faculty, and visitors of the campus. The idea behind the project is that the campus is divided amongst several buildings, separated by different city streets, with many floors in each building. This map would be implemented to help navigate the campus. You can see the final project, and click the button to read the final Thesis Paper.
Book Series: Technology
This project explores the art of book design. The overall theme between the three titles is technology. Using similar design layouts, concepts, style, and text, I combine three books that only share one overall concept into a series of three books. The books consist of dust jackets that have cuts in them that reveal part of the cover. When removing the dust cover, a colorful cover is revealed showing more information about the book
